A whistle blowing policy that sets out avenues for legitimate concerns to be objectively addressed is in place to allow any employee to raise concerns about unethical, illegal or questionable practices without the risk of reprisal, and in full confidence.

Our whistle-blowing policy aims to aims to:
- encourage employees to confidently question and act upon concerns on inappropriate practices
- embolden individuals to raise serious concerns at the earliest opportunity
- provide avenues for employees to raise those concerns and receive feedback on any action taken
- ensure that employees receive a response to your concerns and are aware of how to pursue them
- reassure employees of protection from possible reprisals or victimisation after any disclosure made in good faith.

We also have in place a standard grievance mechanism - as a formal complaint process that are made available to individuals, workers or communities that are being negatively affected by certain business activities and operations.
