As of 2020 the Group have achieved full traceability to farm for our Group.
The group maintains a complete database of each and every one of our smallholders within our supply chain, with each arrival to the group’s mills recorded and its origin verified. By keeping a close relationship with our suppliers, we are able to not only support them with technical and management expertise, but also to inculcate our sustainability policies in their practices. Apart from independent smallholders, the Group has no other third-party suppliers.
We are commited to providing training to imporve the productivity and welfare of our suppliers. Workshops and field demonstrations are periodically provided to all our out-growers supplying to our mills. The training module is focused on best management practices and agronomic improvements. Also emphasised are effective harvesting methods and fruit qualities.
